Located only a few steps away from the Cité de la Gastronomie et du Vin, our brewpub welcomes you !

Un Singe en Hiver offers an industrial and vegetated framework respecting the heritage legacy of the place.

The warm atmosphere is shared between intimist lounges and large convivial tables. Our bar has seating for around 100 people ideally completed with two terraces for an extra 50 for an extra 40 seats. Inspired by Anglo-saxon brewpubs Un Singe en Hiver is not so much a traditionnal craft brewery than a caracterful bar producing its own beer.

With a wealth of 15 years of experience our seasoned Master Brewer creates well-balanced beers from biological malts likely to appeal knowledgeable amateurs as well as neophytes. Numerous organic and local products selected with great care are ideally completing our menu (spirits ; natural wines ; fruit juices ; artisanal cold cuts ; seasonal cheeses…)

Our venue also hosts a 150sqm floor made available for an association assigned to develop an ambitious and eclectic cultural programming including scientific culture event, digital art exhibitions, movie screenings (short movies, heritage cinema, documentary films) and amplified music concerts.

We are involved in monstration, production and mediation actions. Our cultural mission relies broadly on synergies resulting from close collaborations with various local cultural structures (Université de Bourgogne, Sabotage, LeBloc, L’Engeance…). We are also contributing to local events (Les Nuits d’Orient, Le Mois de l’égalité) as well as national festivals (Fête du court métrage, mois du documentaire…).
